Built-Up Roofing System

Built-Up Roof Systems are one of the oldest and most reliable methods of roofing. Built-Up roofs consist of several plies of roof felt laminated in hot asphalt, and surfaced with gravel. The gravel is set in a flood coat of asphalt.

Many types of materials are available which allows the qualities of the roof to be tailored to specific requirements of the area and the building. Built up roofs can be installed on virtually any type of roof deck.

Modified Bitumen Roof Systems

Modified Roof Systems consist of several plies of roof felt laminated by either hot asphalt or heat applied to the membrane. Many different types of Modified Roofs available which allow the qualities of the roof to be tailored to the specific requirements of the weather and building structure. Modified roofs also can be installed on virtually any type of roof deck. Some of the benefits of a Modified Roof are:

TPO Roof Systems

TPO membranes are single-ply roof membranes constructed from thermoplastic polyolefin. They are designed to combine the durability of rubber with the proven performance of hot-air weldable seams. They have been tested as having excellent resistance to ozone, are algae-resistant, environmentally friendly and safe to install.

TPO's are available in white, gray, and black with thicknesses of either 45 mils (.045") or 60 mils (.060"). Advantages of a TPO roof includes:
