Our Process

The process starts with a complete roof analysis of existing roof conditions. An inspector will walk over the entire roof area looking for and documenting any deficiencies. Each area is photographed and documented. In addition to a visual inspection, infrared cameras can be used to discover latent problems not visible to the eye.

Core Analysis

Cores will be taken to analyze existing conditions. This analysis will determine the condition of the roof membrane, thickness of the insulation and identify the type of roof deck.
